Mayank Trivedi is President and CEO of myOnsite Healthcare, Chief AI Officer of MedinovAI and Executive Chairman of Cognaium. He has spent more than 35 years building healthcare technology. He founded Sysware Healthcare Systems in 1990, sold it to Eclipsys in 2006, and then led Eclipsys India. His PowerBANK transfusion software received FDA 510(k) clearance in 12 months, on the first submission.
He later served as first chief technology officer of iSpecimen, built myOnsite into a mobile phlebotomy network, and founded MedinovAI to put AI-native software behind clinical research. He has co-authored six papers on home phlebotomy and decentralized trials.
