Privacy

This site collects only what the contact form needs: your name, work email, the team you want and your message. We keep it for 30 days, or longer only while a conversation continues. We honor Global Privacy Control and use no advertising trackers and no session replay. The full privacy notice covers GDPR, the UK Data Protection Act 2018, PIPEDA and India's DPDP Act 2023.

Do not send patient information through this site. It is not set up to receive it.

Security posture

MedinovAI and its sister products are built with these controls: encryption at rest for protected health information, mutual TLS between services, audit logging on every change to that information, role-based access control and secrets rotated every 90 days. These are design features. They are not certifications.

We list an audit here only once an independent auditor is engaged, and a certification only once it is issued.

How we use AI

We use AI to draft scripts, captions and visuals for this site. A person reviews and approves everything before it is published. We never present a synthetic person as a real patient, clinician, client or employee.

Media authenticity

Every AI-generated visual carries a visible "AI-generated visual" label and content-credential metadata, and has a provenance record naming the tool, the date and the reviewer. Footage of real people appears only with a signed release.

Accessibility

We build to WCAG 2.2 AA. Every video has captions and keyboard-operable controls, and the site respects reduced-motion settings. If something does not work for you, tell us and we will fix it.
