This notice covers the trivedi.group website. Each group company's own services, such as myOnsite home visits, have their own privacy notices.
Who we are
trivedi.group is operated by myOnsite Healthcare LLC, Florida, United States, a Trivedi Group company. For visitors in India, myOnsite Healthcare Private Limited, 404 Pancham High Street, Vadodara 390020 (CIN U72500GJ2022PTC130002), handles requests under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Write to privacy@trivedi.group for anything in this notice. That address also reaches our grievance officer for India.
What we collect
- What you type into the contact form: name, work email, organization, the team you chose and your message.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and time. We use them only to keep the site secure.
- Counts of page visits, measured without cookies and without identifying you.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or session replay. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. This site is not built to receive health information, so please do not send any.
Why we use it
We use your message to reply to you, with your consent. We use server logs because we have a legitimate interest in protecting the site. We never sell personal data and never use it for advertising.
Who sees it
Only the team that owns the route you chose. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, stores the data for us under contract. We share it with no one else unless the law requires us to.
Where it is stored
On servers in the United States. If you write from the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada or India, your message travels to the United States with the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Contact messages: 30 days, unless the conversation continues, in which case we keep them only as long as that relationship needs. Server logs: 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, take a copy with you, or withdraw consent at any time. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your regulator: a data protection authority in the European Union, the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
The date at the top shows the last update. If we change how we use your data, we will say so at the top of this page before the change applies.
